Interview Preparation
Tips for Virtual Interviews
AppearanceWhen picking out attire remember to dress in warm colors, wearing what makes you feel comfortable and staying away from white, bright red and all-black outfits. Please make sure your hair is neatly groomed. Always remember the most important thing to do is smile!

SettingSet up in a quiet, private, free from possible interruptions/noise. It's a great idea to place a lamp in front of your face and avoid sitting with your back to the window (instead face the window if possible). You want people to focus on your face not the background. Make sure the setting is neat.

Camera AngleOur representative will discuss your options to get the best result. We will work with you on achieving the best camera angle. Eye to eye contact is the best connection, you want to avoid an unflattering angle where the camera is looking up at your nostrils. Sometimes the easiest way is to stack a couple of books under your device.
